Authorities say a private plane has crashed at an Idaho landing strip close to the community of Grace, killing all three men aboard.
The Caribou County sheriff's office said the plane went downward late Monday afternoon.
Sheriff Ric Anderson did not straight away identify the victims pending notification of relatives.
The plane's origin and purpose were not immediately available.
Witnesses told KIFI the landing strip in the southeast region of the state is used by a crop-dusting company and it's unusual for private planes to land there.
The smash into is being investigated by the sheriff's office and the National Transportation Safety Board.
